  Great coffee and friendly service. My favorites are the sourdough fruit and nut loaf and the ciabatta loaf. Lots of gluten free goodies as well.

  Worst Customer Service Experience Ever! Not even worth one star but unable to select no stars. Due to insufficient seating sat in an area away from the bakery so had to have cake and coffee as a takeaway. No problem with that but trying to get sufficient paper trays and cutlery was like extracting blood from a stone. Asked to borrow a knife to cut cakes at the counter and that was not acceptable to the staff who went on and on with a tirade of knives being stolen. My sister actually had to go in to Woolworths to buy a knife to end the ordeal. Unhelpful, rude staff, I will never patronize them again and highly recommend giving them a miss. Go somewhere else, there is plenty to choose from in Coolangatta.
